January 2021:

  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is an experienced facilitator and coach had a few things lined up and wanted to map out the tasks it would take to get them done!
  • Full-Day Session:  Client who is an influencer, speaker, and coach had written a popular book and wanted to turn the book into a course so we mapped out what it would take for this to happen, and set up their course in their chosen learning management system.
  • Two, Full-Day Sessions:  Client who is a solopreneur wanted support in determining what data to track, how to track it according to their KPIs; developed their executive dashboard, so they could make more informed decisions and trained them on how to update the dashboard with real-time data each month.
  • Full-Day Session:  Client who is a small business owner wanted support in developing their financial processes, systems, projections, and projects for the year in alignment with the direction and goals provided by their CPA.

February 2021:

  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a coach needed support in connecting the backend of their courses to their email management systems and developing automation to drive their customer experience.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is a new entrepreneur requested clarity on what steps to take first when creating their product-based business; developed personalized Next Steps Action Plan for client.
  • Full-Day Session: Client who is a new coach wanted a framework for their planned coaching business; developed their Authentic Coaching Method™ and Brandable World of Healing™  and set up their sales pages for their minimum viable offer.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is a new coach wanted support setting up their backend systems and automations for their new minimum viable offer.

March 2021:

  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a new entrepreneur wanted support in developing their inital offers and products, as well as calculating pricing based upon the value each offered; developed her personalized Next Steps Action Plan and Pricing Calculators.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a mom of five children requested support in developing a plan for managing projects related to the children being at home during the pandemic; developed kaizen-driven systems and processes that supported her wellbeing and the functioning of her household.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is a mom of five children requested an understanding of the entire family's Human Design to incorporate into the systems and processes we developed in an earlier #ThinkTank™; provided a personalized group reading and PDF family analysis report.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a known spoken work artist and influencer sought direction and guidance in transitioning to become a coach; developed a strategy for them to authentically step into the coaching arena and still benefit from the brand they developed as an artist and influencer.

April 2021:

  • Four, Half-Day Sessions:  Client requested that I work with them to merge six sets of existing family tree data into one dataset to build one family tree website for the entire family to access.
  • Four, Two-Hour Sessions:  Client requested that I work with their family planning committee to develop and link a family business directory to the existing family tree website.

May 2021:

  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is a wife and mom of two children requested an understanding of the entire family's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF family analysis report.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is a new consultant requested clarity on what steps to take first when creating her service-based business; developed her personalized Next Steps Action Plan.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who leads marketing team in a mid-sized firm requested an understanding and presentation of the entire team's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF organizational analysis report.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is in a group of three BFFs requested an understanding of the friendship trio's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF friend analysis report.

June 2021:

  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is an aspiring coach requested support in clarifying their method so they could develop their Authentic Coaching Method™; developed their A.C.M.™ and showed them how to turn into their first minimum viable offer.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is an established coach and strategist requested support in clarifying their method and developing the framework for their work; developed the framework for their webinar, workshops, masterclass, and intensive - all based on their authentic and known method.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who leads finance team in a mid-sized firm requested an understanding and presentation of the entire team's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF organizational analysis report.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a new coach requested support in clarifying their method and developing their Authentic Coaching Method™ so they could launch their coaching business and first coaching website; developed their A.C.M.™ and developed their first few minimum viable offers.

July 2021:

  • Full-Day Session:  Client who is an aspiring coach requested support in turning their Authentic Coaching Method™ into their first minimum viable offer; developed their first three minimum viable offers along with backed setup in their email management systems so they could launch within a week.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who is a new entrepreneur requested clarity on what steps to take now that they have received the trademark application approval for their product-based business; developed personalized Next Steps Action Plan for client and mapped out website architecture for an e-commerce site with backend setup instructions included.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who leads business development team in a mid-sized firm requested an understanding and presentation of the entire team's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF organizational analysis report.
  • Half-Day Session:  Client who leads operations team in a mid-sized firm requested an understanding and presentation of the entire team's Human Design; provided a personalized group reading and PDF organizational analysis report.

August 2021:

  • Four, Half-Day Sessions:  Client who leads an investment club requested that I work with them to strategize the merge of two of their investment club groups into one, including their records, investments, and accounting; planned for merge and positioned systems and operations to withstand coming changes.
  • Two, Full-Day Sessions:  Client who runs a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization requested that I work with them to revamp their 2022 funding strategy to include provisions for corporate sponsorships and partnership in 2023 and beyond; identified changes to make in 2022 to secure funding transformation in 2023 and developed plan on how to actually achieve said changes.

September 2021:

  • Four, Full-Day Sessions:  Client who leads an investment club requested that I work with an internal leadership committee to implement the strategic plan we developed in a previous #ThinkTank™; completed merge including records, investments, accounting, produced reporting for individual members and various agencies, and provided data sets to reflect before and after the merge.
  • Two-Hour Session:  Client who is an aspiring coach requested support in clarifying their method so they could develop their Authentic Coaching Method™; developed their A.C.M.™ and showed them how to turn into their first minimum viable offer.
