Cohort Private Resource Hub

During the weeks of your cohort of my Coach Academy, I will provide each week's live replay with related resources and recaps in a Resource Hub that will be made available to your cohort during the program and for 90 days after the end of the program.

Post-Academy Support

Access to my private and exclusive community for coaches that offers you ongoing and progressive strategy, tools, resources, and support to keep you going strong.  The community is exclusively for my clients who successfully complete either this Unlock Your Expert™ Coach Academy or my Coach Workshop.

Terms

I'm Team Connection
This experience delivers connection as you will be in an intimate group of no more than five coaches (not including me) and we will have #GoDeeper exercises and discussion every live session of the intensive program.  You know those large masterclasses where you can't meet or get to know anyone, learn from your peers, or gain support from the group?  This is not that kind of experience.  If you want the ability to connect, learn, and glow up in your coaching, this is the academy for you!

I'm Team Choice
You get to choose whether to attend the live sessions with your camera on or off.  Be free to live your life and express yourself how you see fit; I don't do judgment or shame!  Whether your camera is on or off, if you like experiences where your participation enhances the value you get, then this is the academy for you!

I'm Team Reschedule
Once your seat has been booked in my Unlock Your Expert™ Coach Academy, rescheduling can be arranged, yet no refunds are offered for cancellations or no shows.  Note that this intensive program is only offered in January and July of every year; so you can reschedule for the next available seat in an upcoming cohort of this academy.

What To Expect Every Week

• The day before our live session, the Live Session Prep lesson will be available for that week in this module.  This is where you will download and print the resources that will support you during the live session.
  
  
• The day of our live session, you will log in to get the Zoom Link to join us in the live sessions (same link for all twelve live, group sessions, all three #ReslienceChats™, all mock coaching sessions, and both cohort celebration parties).  You will find the Zoom link in the Welcome area of this workshop; which you see when you click on this workshop while logged in to this site.
  
  
• Within three days after our live session, the Replay & Resources module will open for that week.  This is where you will find the replay of the live session; as well as, resources that will supplement the learning and help you with weekly assignments.
  
  
• Before the next live session, hop into one of two Workgroup Office Hours in my #ThinkChat™ Masterminds Community each week to get support in completing your assignments for each week.
  
  To get the intended outcome from this experience, you will submit the following each week:
  
  
  • an assignment to complete in your Authentic Coaching Framework™ in Notion; and,
    
    
  • a reflection to complete in your Authentic Coaching Framework™ in Notion.
    
    

Other Things To Expect

• Every other week starting with Week 2, you will have the ability to schedule one, two-hour Private #ThinkTank™ Session using the code that will be/was emailed to you when you join the community.  These are six, two-hour sessions that you can use for direct support from me throughout this 12-week intensive experience.  Note that these private sessions will not have the same Zoom link as our cohort's group sessions.
  
  
• Using the Live Session Calendar in this module, you can see when monthly Group #ResilienceChats™ are scheduled (same Zoom link as all twelve live, group sessions).  These are three, one-hour Encouragement-Based Accountability™ Sessions held at the end of every month of this 12-week intensive.  
  
  
• Using the Live Session Calendar in this module, you can see when weekly Group Mock Coaching Sessions are scheduled (same Zoom link as all twelve live, group sessions).  Starting after Week 6, these are weekly, one-hour sessions during which you get to practice your coaching within the cohort so you get comfortable with flexing your Authentic Coaching Framework before you get real clients.  
  
  
• Using the Live Session Calendar in this module, you can see when both Group Celebration Parties are scheduled (same Zoom link as all twelve live, group sessions).  After Week 6, we will have this cohort's Mid-Intensive Party to celebrate your work at the halfway point for this experience.  After Week 12, we will have this cohort's Graduation Party to celebrate your completion of this experience.
